Six to ten seconds behind the actual game on both Bet365 and Stake. The bookmaker uses that gap to update odds before you see the play resolve — worth knowing if you bet in-play. The TV broadcast itself is also delayed (3–7 seconds) versus the arena, so the gap to live is closer to 10–15 seconds in total.
